Returns

• You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Your item must be in the original packaging.
• Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Any medicine purchased from yourmedikart.store should be returned with original GST/IGST invoice.

 Refunds

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
• We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
• Refunds will be processed by reducing 5% Govt. Tax as well as 8% of service fee from the total Invoice amount.
• You will receive the credit within a 2-5 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

 If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund which is Rupees 100 INR

• We promise to Deliver our shipments to over more than 25000+ pin codes across the country and delivery of our shipments within 24 hours to all Metro Cities in India , as well as 3-4 maximum working days across other Towns , Villages , and other states which doesn’t comes under Metro Cities.
• We ship our goods on daily basis from Monday to Saturday except public and govt. holidays.
• We also ship our goods in temperature sensitive packaging depending upon product requirements.
